*Code: JSB- This code applies to a SPECIAL SWIVEL BARROW* designed to tip mixture directly into the hopper of the JUMBO machines. Otherwise called a Tip barrow, due to the tipping action. Stabilising the barrow with your foot allows you to steady the barrow whilst tipping.	TIP BARROW
	WOODEN PALLETS - ON QUOTE ONLY SIZE: 600mm X 485mm X 21mm There are options : specially treated, routed boards 9 ply with guarantees, can cost around R25 (excl) OR you can have your local timber merchant quote you on shutter board cut to size and treat this with a diesel/oil mix yourself (you can even use block board if necessary
*Code: HRC3 –* This code applies to a 3 metre section of adjustable roller conveyor. Depending on the distance you wish to convey your production, will determine the total length you need. (Ideal is a total of 15 metres) these are all-weather units, relatively maintenance free.	ROLLER CONVEYOR
	JUMBO MKIII 5TH WHEEL At the end of each brick or block row, the brick machine needs to be moved along to repeat the cycle. Because of the Jumbo MK III's size, a wheel dolly is needed to turn the machine.
DIY SPADE The Do It Yourself spade is coupled with the handheld DIY brick machine to load the mould with mixture & level it before compacting.
	GLOVES These safety gloves protect the hands from injury when working with the brick-making machine or other equipment.
HYPERSTAT PALLET EJECTOR This pushing frame is used to eject & load reusable wooden pallets into the static HYPERSTAT machine, onto which bricks or blocks are produced.
	JUMBO MK II BRAKE PEDAL The brake pedal is used to steady the machine when compacting. This stops the brick mould from moving out of place before the drop has been made.
JUMBO MK II CARRIER PLATE The carrier plate hold the tamper into position for the smooth motion along the shafts into the mould box.
	JUMBO MK III CARRIER PLATE The carrier plate hold the tamper into position for the smooth motion along the shafts into the mould box.
PANMIXER SPIDER SET Spare part used in Doubell Panmixers. Over time, the mixing of dry aggregate wears out the liners & shoes & eventually, even the spider arms need replacing.
	QUICKMIX Chemically engineered for Doubell Machines for the specific use in brick-making mixture, with patents pending for its unique formula, QuickMix has its own page here.
RAKE These rakes are used to push mixture into mould of the brick making machine. They usually come standard with the MKII, MKIII & HYPERSTAT, but additional rakes can be ordered.
	BUILDERS SPADE The builders spade is essential to mixing & loading aggregate (grit, sand or crusher dust) to & from various machines.
VIBRATOR-MOTOR KIT This kit is used to convert the mobile egg-layer unit Jumbo MK II or Jumbo MK III into a static pallet-driven brick making machine.
