Doubell Hyperstat

The HYPERSTAT is another Doubell creation. Every aspect of simplicity has gone into this machine. Uniquely, it can take almost any mould within its parameter, like paving slabs, interlocking or cobble stone pavers, dog-bone pavers, fish tail or dove tail pavers, arrow head , z lock or hexagon pavers. The Hyperstat can manufacture stock bricks, maxi-bricks, face bricks, rock-face or patterned decorative bricks etc. Going up the scales, it can produce solid blocks, cavity blocks of all shapes and dimensions, retaining wall blocks, curb stones, lock blocks, deck blocks, face blocks, interlocking blocks, and even wind-blocks. If we haven't got the mould, we'll make the mould, and if need be we'll cast the shape desired in our foundry!

Hyperstat

This code applies to the Hyperstat machine fitted with an overhead vibrator as well as a vibrator below the vibrating land deck. The pallet ejector, which is manually operated, forms part of the machine, which is supplied with a 3 metre roller conveyor. Additional lengths are an optional extra.

For the mould of your choice, you need to select from the mould list. All Doubell Hyperstat machines have a chute for easily adding mix (when used with a Pan Mixer). The machine includes spares, tool kit, rakes, concrete bolts, cleaning gear, instructions and a video for visual assistance. All electric work is certified and ready for connection. (380v 3 PHASE electrical STANDARD)
