Doubell Jumbo MK III Machines

IS BIGGER 'BETTER'? If that is the way you feel, we have developed a machine for your needs. The JUMBO MK 3. We kept all the attributes of the DOUBELL JUMBO RANGE: Speed Simplicity, Robustness, Manual or Electrical, Few moving parts, Adaptable, Reliable and Expandable.

Like the MK2, it can accept over 33 different interchangeable moulds as well as infinite custom built moulds that can be made to suit your requirements. It uses the same basic principles and thus has a cycle drop time of around 25 seconds. This machine is extremely dependable and does deliver the goods! It is better to utilise two operators for maximum production. With so little to go wrong, production is increased due to time not wasted. The MK3 egg layer can use in excess of 50 tons of material per day, so it is advisable to use a Doubell Panmixer to keep up with its capabilities.

This code and price applies to a BASIC MANUAL JUMBO MK3 which includes 2 tip barrows , 2 rakes, tools and spares. It does not include a mould. You must select one or more of the interchangeable moulds on the mould price list and add this to your machine.

Tip-Barrow

This code applies to a SPECIAL SWIVEL BARROW designed to tip mixture directly into the hopper of the JUMBO machines. Otherwise called a Tip barrow, due to the tipping action. Stabilising the barrow with your foot allows you to steady the barrow whilst tipping.
